Ingredients
- Fine wheat rava - 200gm
- Oats - 50 gm
- Curd - 200ml
- Mustard - 1-2tsp
- Black gram dhal - 2-3 tsp
- Bengal gram dhal - 2-3 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1tsp
- Onion chopped - 3/4 cup
- Garlic chopped - 2-3 tsp
- curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak wheat rava, oats and salt in curd
- Crackle mustard and add dhal, ginger paste, chopped garlic pearls etc
- Then add onion and saute for a while
- Add this mixture with soaked wheat rava mixture
- Mix it thoroughly and make idlis in idli pot.
- serve it hot with red and green chuttney
