Ingredients
- Big onion - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Masala powder - 3 pinches
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - little
- Corriander leaves - little
- egg - 2
- Chillie powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt - To taste
- oil - 2-3tsp
- Cumin seed - 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Chop onion, cury leaves and corriander leaves.
- In little heated oil, saute onion with garlic and ginger paste followed by curry leaves, masala powder, turmeric powder etc. Grind it coarsely.
- Season with cumin in heated oil and add ground mixture. Saute it for a while.
- Now add chillie and turmeric powder followed by sufficient pepper powder and salt. Mix it thoroughly.
- Then add eggs one by one and scrambled it.
- Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes and sprinkle corriander leaves. serve it hot.
- It will be delicious for chappathi and dosa.
