No entry to the diseases if we follow the followings in a Day :-

  • One hour Exercise.
  • Two litres of Water.
  • Three cups of Green tea.
  • Four times of Rest to mind.
  • Five times Balanced and Healthy food with equal intervals.
  • Six o’clock early morning should be the wake up time.
  • Seven minutes laughing is to relax the mind.
  • Eight hours of Sleep.
  • Nine o’clock night is the time to go to bed.
