No entry to the diseases if we follow the followings in a Day :-
- One hour Exercise.
- Two litres of Water.
- Three cups of Green tea.
- Four times of Rest to mind.
- Five times Balanced and Healthy food with equal intervals.
- Six o’clock early morning should be the wake up time.
- Seven minutes laughing is to relax the mind.
- Eight hours of Sleep.
- Nine o’clock night is the time to go to bed.
