Ingredients
- Seeraga samba - 250 gm
- Fenugreek leaves - 2 cups
- capsicum - 1 cup
- Baby corn - 1 cup
- Chopped Big onion - 1 cup
- Garlic and ginger paste - 2 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Bay Leaf - 1 - 2
- Red Chillie - 3 -4
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop Greens, onion , capsicum etc and slice baby corn.
- In cooker, season with cumin and bay leaves in butter and sufficient heated oil.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and after a while followed by chopped onion.
- Saute it nicely and add fenugreek leaf, baby corn, capsicum and green chillie .
- Now add washed rice and fry it little.
- Then cook it with sufficient water and salt.
- Adding tumeric is optional.
