Ingredients
- Seeraga samba - 150 gm
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Brinji leaves - 1-2
- cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Table salt to taste
- Red capsicum - 1
- Baby corn - 4-5
- Corriander leaves - little
- Butter - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Cook the rice separately in cooker.
- In four teaspoon of hot oil and butter season with cumin and brinji leaves.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion.
- After a while, add mint leaves and saute it.
- This should be followed by chopped yellow capsicum and baby corn.
- After a minute, add cumin powder, chillie powder, table salt and mix it well. Allow to cook with sufficient salt and water.
- In cooked mixture add cooked rice, pepper powder, salt, etc., and mix thoroughly.
- Remove from the fire and sprinkle the chopped corriander.
