Ingredients
- Seerga samba - 150gm
- baby corn - 50 gm
- Big onion - 200gm
- Garlic and ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Red chillie powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder - 3/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Fennel seed powder - 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Cooked the rice and green peas separately.
- In 4 tsp of oil add butter and allow to get hot.
- Season with fennel powder and bay leaf.
- Then add finely chopped onion and 2G paste.
- Saute it well and add chopped baby corn.
- Add chillie powder, cumin powder, little table salt and water. allow to cook.
- Finally add cooked rice, peas, pepper powder and table salt. mix it well.
