- Scrapped carrots - 1/2 cup
- Sprouted green gram - 50 gm
- sprouted black gram - 50 gm
- Sprouted toor dhal - 50 gm
- Thennai (Fox-tail Millet) - 50 gm
- Curry leaves - little
- Coriander leaves - little
- Dry chillie - 3 -4
- fresh ginger - little
- Black cumin - little
Instructions
- Chop onion , tomato, coriander leaves etc
- Soak all the gram with millet
- Grind chillie, ginger, cumin, curry leaves etc
- Add soaked substances and grind it coarsely
- Add salt, all the vegetables and chopped coriander
- Make adai in dosai thava.
