Ingredients
- Kuthrai Valli Rice - 100gm
- Onion (medium) - 1
- Green Chillie - 2-3
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Black Gram Dhal - 1tsp
- Bengal Gram Dhal - 1tsp
- Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves - little
- Salt - To Taste
Instructions
- In two table spoon of heated rice bran oil add mustard, dhal, curry leaves etc for seasoning.
- Then add chopped onion and ginger paste. Saute it well.
- Add two and half cup of water and allow it to boil.
- Meanwhile wash the rice.
- Then add the rice in boiling water with required salt and allow it to cook in thin flame.
- Keep stirring it oftenly.
- Remove from the flame when rice is fully cooked.
- Serve it hot with mint chuttney.
