Ingredients
- Egg - 2
- Capsicum - 1-2
- Chillie powder - 1/2tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Masala powder - 1 pinch
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - To taste
Instructions
- Boil two eggs fully and remove egg yolk.
- In one tsp of rice bran oil sauté chopped cucumber well.
- Then add all powder form of ingredients and mix it thoroughly.
- Add little water and required salt.
- Allow it to cook for three minutes
- Then put egg white into bits or fill this masala gravy into the egg white.
- Remove it from flame and serve it hot.
