It is protein rich delicious recipe which is good for Diabetic patients, under weight people, kids and old people.
Ingredients
- Groundnuts - 1/2 cup
- Tamarind - small lemon size
- Onion - 1
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram dhal - 1 tsp
- Dry chillie - 4-5
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Mustard - 1tsp
- Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch
- Chopped curry leaves - little
- Salt - To taste
Instructions
- Groundnuts to be cooked in cooker.
- Fry fenugreek seeds, bengal gram dhal, and dry chillie without oil. Grind it.
- In one tbsp of gingelly oil, season with mustard, asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onion in it and saute it well.
- Then add cooked nuts, ground powder, tamarind water and required salt.
- Allow it to boil to get desired consistency.
