Ingredients
- Ragi flour - 1 cup
- Fried ground nut - 100 gm
- Jaggery - 100 gm
- Salt - To taste
Instructions
- Make dough with ragi flour and salt with required water and pat like adai on a wet cloth.
- Then cook it in a dosai thava with little oil.
- In a mixy put other ingredients and cooked adai. Grind it coarsely.
- Make the mixture into small balls and serve it.
- It is rich in iron, calcium etc.
