Ingredients
- Potatoe - 250 gm
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 inch
- Cloves - 1-2
- Onion (medium) - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
- coconut paste - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Chopped curry leaves - little
- Green Chillie - 1 - 2
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook potato three fourth.
- Season with mustard, cinnamon, cloves etc.
- Add chopped onion, green chillie, and curry leaves.
- Saute it and add garlic, ginger paste. Saute it well.
- Add coconut paste followed by cooked potato.
- Allow to boil with sufficient salt.
- Pour milk and mix well.
- Remove from the fire and serve hot.
