Ingredients
- Cooked rice - 3 cups
- Spring onion - 3-5
- Carrot scraped - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum - 1
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- salt - To taste
Instructions
- In heated oil season with mustard and curry leaves
- Add chopped capsicum, spring onion and carrot. Saute it.
- Add little salt and one handful of water. Allow it to cook for a while.
- Add cooked rice, cumin and pepper powder.
- Finally add spring onion stalk and sufficient salt mix it thoroughly.
