Violet, indigo and blue are cold stuffs to eat. Red, yellow and orange stimulate heat in our body. Green , is naturally ideal.
The Violet colour vegetables like brinjal prevents nervous disabilities and that of skin related problems. Dark violet vegetables and fruits cure problems in urinal tract. Fig is the best for such problems.
Lack of Blue colour will enhance problem in throat and that of Green may lead to high blood pressure, ulcer etc. Fresh peas, green grapes, guava, green leafy vegetables, cabbage, broccoli are supplements of Green Colour.
Lack of Yellow will result in liver, constipation, bone marrow, asthma, kidney, mensural problems etc. Carrot, yellow pumpkin, orange, grape fruit, papaya, mango fruits are supplements of yellow and orange colours.
Lack of Red colour will lead to anemia and problems in blood circulation , bone etc. Beetroot, tomato, apple, strawberry, red guava, pomegranate are the supplements of red colour.
