Ingredients:

Banana stem – 1

Drumstick leaves – 1cup

Mustard- 1/2tsp

Chopped onion- 1/2cup

Curry leaves little τ

Black gram dhal-2tsp

Chilli powder- 1/2tsp

Turmeric powder-little

Roasted Bengal gram flour-2tsp

Salt to taste

Ingredients to be ground:

Bengal gram dhal- 2tsp

Black gram dhal – 2tsp

Red chilli 3-4

Corriander seeds – 2tsp

  • In little ginger oil season with mustard and black gram dhal
  • Add curry leaves followed by chopped onion.
  • Then add drumstick leaves and saute it for a while.
  • Now banana stem pieces should be added long with chili powder, turmeric powder and sufficient salt.
  • Pour very little water to cook both drumstick leaves and banana stem.
  • Meanwhile roast the ingredients to be ground without oil in a pan and grind coursely.
  • Finally add this above powder and roasted Bengal gram flour. Mix it well and serve hot
