Ingredients
- Fine wheat rava - 1cup
- Red gram dhal - 2 tsp
- Bengal Gram Dhal - 1tsp
- Green gram dhal - 2 tsp
- Onion (small) - 1
- Corriander leaves - little
- Curry leaves - little
- Red chillie - 2-3
- Ginger Paste - little
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak wheat rava and dhal seperately
- Grind dhal, red chillie, ginger, curry leaves with sufficient salt coarsely.
- Add finely chopped onion, corriander leaves mix well
- Make adai with corn oil
- serve hot
