There are certain foods to reduce High Blood Pressure easily. Let us see which are they:

Garlic

It dilates the walls of blood vessels.

Fruits

They are concentrated with potassium, vitamin-c and soluble fibre  which are liable to reduce Blood pressure.

Potassium

It decreases blood pressure. Banana, water melon, potato, tomato, orange, spinach, skimmed milk, soya beans, almond, etc are good sources of potassium. 3-6 servings of these foods would ensure sufficient potassium to keep high B.P away.

Calcium

The deficiency of calcium is also one of the cause of high B.P rather than sodium. So calcium rich foods like milk, curd, spinach, etc can neutralize the hypertensive effect of eating more sodium.

Fish

Fishes are known to keep a lid on high B.P. Consuming fish at least  twice a week will help to reduce daily dosage of medicine.

Milk

It is poor source of sodium that helps to maintain the Blood Pressure.
