Ingredients
- Mango - 1 big
- Jaggery - 350gm
- Tomato - 2
- salt - 1/2 pinch
Instructions
- Scrap the mango finely
- Cook mango with little water and salt well
- Now add powdered jaggery in cooked mango
- Cook it well
- Adding one teaspoon of ghee while removing from the flame is optional.
- This will be very tasty for sambar rice
